For the last 13 years, I’ve seen how powerful birth can be and I’ve also seen how overwhelming it can feel when you’re navigating it without the right support and an overflow of information.
Going through motherhood myself I know firsthand the mix of excitement, fear, joy, and uncertainty that can come with pregnancy and birth. My personal experience, paired with my clinical background, is what fuels my passion for helping women feel empowered, educated, and truly supported as they prepare to meet their babies.
With years in the the making I’m finally taking a leap of faith beyond the hospital to offer something every expecting mom deserves: personalized birth prep! I want ALL moms to go into childbirth feeling calm, confident, and in control—no matter what kind of birth you’re planning. Whether you’re hoping for a medicated delivery, preparing for a scheduled c-section, prepping for your home birth, or still figuring it all out, I’m here to guide you with compassion, information, and zero judgment.
